cheers every one im happy with him just a bit pissed with mate saying i should run him now !! i keep saying his a pup and wont bring him on till he is a year at least hate the fact cos he is big i should run him bullshit

Davey, yesterday Delta, my little Lurcher bitch, put two foxes up out of some bracken; one ran right in front of me. I had Lima, the sister to your dog, on the lead, she went wild, spinning around to be after the fox, but there is absolutely no way she will be slipped until next season. Just because they are big strong pups dosen't mean they have stopped growing ! It's asking for trouble, starting dogs of this type to soon.

i agree let them grow up first if u run them too early u could get all sorts of probs

Stick to your Guns mate and Don't run him until he is Ready.I'd even hold him back until he was about 14 months old.

I didn't run my Deerhound/Greyhound/Collie type until she was 18 months old because she wasn't ready.Cracking Looking Pup By the way.
