whats this cross like. i been offered a stud off a good saluki greyhound and cant decide. pups will be used mainly in the daytime. will use the greyhound at night.was also thinking of a whippet dog for stud

This cross imho like most all 3 quarter bred dogs have their limitations in the stamina department .I bred two litters of these in the early 90 for the small feilds i hunted on and a couple of the pups made average dogs always putting game in the bag. They were mad on cats despite being brocken one bitch i let a lad from bishop aukland have called latchy and was told the bitch caught them some stuff.atb dell

i have a bitch its dam was pure greyhound.sire 1/2 saluki 1/4 whippet 1/4 greyhound so not far from that cross she is fast and catches well but as said might not have the stamina of other crosses although not tried and tested yet only 15 month old

nice looking dog mate.
