my son is now 5 and has been out with me since birth almost!!! he enjoys lamping ferreting foxing all things hunt related , get the kids out there and have fun!!! look back through my old threads and you will see my boy in some

My little girls come ferreting and out bushing with terrier and lurchers. They come shooting sometimes and follow the local beagle pack.

 

They are 6 and 4......

 

As long as you dont force them, they will do it if they want to.

my 12 yr old comes with me on a few occassions but not as much now as his real dad wasnt too impressed i took him out hunting, so my 2 yr old hopefully will have the gene in him and hopefully come in a few yrs. He likes the dogs and hounds so hopefully its a start

My 9 year old has been coming with me for 1 or 2 years now, he really enjoys it and is full of questions and retains the information really well, he knows what to look for with runs and dropings and can name most animals we come across,its good for them to get out and enjoy the countryside and good exercise for them i would rather my lad was with me than sat on video games from the moment he gets back from school.

My daughter is 4 years old and ive let her think my bull x is hers ! She keeps asking to come out so it will be happening soon!My ex is trying to get her into horses but she prefers dogs!!! Daddys little girl!!clapper.gifvictory.gif

poor you fazza mek sure you dunt do owt bad that you dont want your lass to no cos them little girls are buggers for telling tails mine is anyway lol :thumbs:
