ITS A AFRICAN LURCHER, MORE THAN LIKELY FROM THE NORTH. SHORT IN THE BACK AND STRAIGHT IN STIFLE, IDEALY SUITED TO RUNNING ON HILLY LAND.

I've seen both, and sometimes they look very much alike, depending where they were bred; but for the sake of a guess, I'd say Rampur Hound.

I've seen dogs like that from Africa right across the Middle East , Central Asia to India, so I wouldn't hazzard a guess as to what breed.
