TWILIGHT1 8
Surely its better to have a mrs who shares the same intrest as you. Otherwise who else is gunna nurse your dogs to health after a hard session Quote Link to post

lukey 1,621
Took the missus out Boxing day to try a big earth with the terrier as she was intrested in what I get up to when I`m out. 3 hours standing in the freezing snow for the fox to end up bolting! Safe to say she`ll never ask to come again,...Result Quote Link to post

surrey lass 12
if she is interested in dogs i can't see why not, thats how i got into it, going out with the other half and his mates then i got my own dogs and did it myself, nothing better than seeing your dog that you have brought up and trained going out there and doing what comes naturally Quote Link to post
shaun dee 7
i took my gf out for a nights lamping and she found it very excitening that she went out and killed a few bunnies needless to say she found herself so proud. Quote Link to post
lurchers 2,921
the good thing is our lass has been into shooting since she was 6yrs old and beating so thats better for me as i can still go out when i want even if she doesnt come with me Quote Link to post
tinker 3
erm....what about getting the hubby interested? lol. I had 3 lurchers when i met him, then after months of persuasion i got him to build a cool ferret shed, and i got 2 ferrets (they are all my pets) He enjoys the shows, playing with the ferrets etc. But its me who puts the real work in, and he understands what i get from it now. p.s - i got another puppy too..so it works hahaha Quote Link to post
