boyo 1,398
a good bull cross will catch any quarry pre or post ban but catching a hare with ease daytime ? .a full blown coursing dog dont have it their own way so with ease cant see it myself. and by a good bull cross i dont mean first cross most ive seen have been to heavy and or slow for daytime hares. but get a threequarter or something near and they can run .the best lurcher ive ever owned was this cross . also bred a litter to a greyhound dog out of her and the pups could run and catch big and small stuff . its to easy to say a certain cross can or cannot do this or that. a good saluki cross is always gonna be better than a good bull cross on daytime hares but to state a bull cross cant catch daytime hares is silly cos plenty have. and plenty have owned or seen them .
