digging up moles

feel abit stupid asking this but here goes.is it legal to dig up and kill moles with a terrier?I am not saying i am going to do it but i am curious.

if ya dog gets 9 out of 10 moles,theres plenty of work for him up here in the lakes...put 20 barrel traps down this week end and caught 16...good hunting
