Quick Hour Out

Recommended Posts

Longdog13 and myself went out today to an apple orchard on one of my permissions. Arrived about 9.15 and had a wonder for about half hour. Found a couple of nice little buries so we decided to travel light and only took a few nets. Done a couple of one holers with no success.

Then we went to a set that looked very active. About a 12 holer. We set the nets up then entered my sandy hob. After about twenty mins still no sign, so in went Longdogs jill. 10 minutes later and one hits the net. Then another 10 mins and another hits the net with my hob following :boxing:

Longdogs jill showed so he put her in his box and we waited for my hob to emerge so we could call it a day as it was pouring.5 mins later and another hits the net. Then we heard a rabbit scream from one of the holes right next to where I was standing. I went to have a look when it suddenly hit the net. I then put my hob back with 4 in the bag and both of us soaked and cold. A great day though
