I would also say whippet. colliex greyx whippets seem to be sought after dogs for ferreting and lamping rabbits. Thats just my opinion and i am far from an expert though.

Personal preference but I would look for either a 3/4 greyhound 1/4 collie or a greyhound cross deerhound.

I would go for a greyhound for speed, or a ¾ grey ¼ bull if you need a bit more gameness.
