iceman001979 1,316
Had 1 off this dogs about 12 years ago and till this day one off the best bitchs l have ever owned. Got her for free because there was something wrong with her left ankle and could not really turn till her left side but a few months off swimming her and long walks the ankle fixed its self. This bitch was about height off a whippet but long and hairy. She took everything for me hare, rabbit, fox etc and she loved working with terriers had till dig her out twice :clapper: .When we dug down the 1st time she got the terrier badly bite because she was trying push past him till get at the fox.The 2nd time we brought her out l tied her up after the terrier had settle in for about 1/2 an hour we started digging l turn around and the bitch had eating though her lend and went down the other hole when we got there she got passed the terrier and was lying in grips with a big dog fox. This bitch caught a few hares for me over the years she no 7 min dog but never let me down and 1 off the best lamp dogs l have every seen.If only l could have that wee bitch out my back again l would be a very happy man. Quote Link to post
furdy 0
Sire was a whippet/deerhound and this lad looks just like him. Dam was a beddy grey but he looks more like his Dad. He's 15 months old. 25 tts and weighs 60 lb. Lovely natured dog. Not out and out speed but is quick enough off the mark. Has enough wind to last him all day. Quote Link to post
