steviemann 5 Posted January 15, 2010 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 Well if it had been a patt or any other breed all the "nice dog bud" brigade would've commented,but because its a plummer its mostly negative comments.Yes the breed isn't everybodys choice but if something works for you whats the problem...I've never seen a decent one on foxes myself but credit where credits due ...yis John Thank you. He'll never be a world beater as I often say but who cares he's a bloody good gun dog. Many spanial/lab owners call for him to find lost birds on several local shoots. Quote Link to post

Would never try pup at retrieving again! Sent him after a bird t'other day and by the time I got to him he'd plucked it cleanly and eaten the breast completly. Quote Link to post
