feeding

Are they on the plump side? If so they will be reluctant to work at stripping a rabbit/pigeon etc untill hungry, hence why they will eat dry food as no effort is needed. Do not replace them if they work well on whatever diet( total madness to do that) . If they are not fattish keep them off flesh for a week or so, they,ll eat it then soon enough. All these complete foods are o.k. but the ferret cannot get everything it needs from a man made diet.... They are flesh eaters after all.. ATB mate

theres no chance im getting new ferrets mine work brillant mate the lamping ferreter hasent got a clue he full of shit :boxing::wallbash: ive tried with just rabbit no dry mix and they still dont eat there def not over weight there always out working never had this problem before cheers :thumbs:
