jonesy 111
There was some talk the at the hounds about the new Bellman and Flint rechargable collars having to be replaced after fifty charges,if its true it seems like a bit of a rip off. Quote Link to post
higgins 75
not heard anything, but obviously even rechargeable batteries cannot be charged forever. What is the expected operating capacity of these after one full charge and how many charges do BELLMAN say it will last for? Also i 've just been on their website looking for the old normal collar system and can't find it,does this mean they do not make them now? Higgins. Quote Link to post

I think they are garunteed for 300 charges . I know a terrierman who trialed one & it was in use 6 to 7 days a week only had to charge it 5 times the whole season . Quote Link to post
Guest ROUGH COATED
I was out today with a pal who hadn't been out working terrier's for over a 20 stretch and he thought the bellman was a load of BBOLLOCK'S, he said give him an old knocker box and he will LOCATE the TERRIER'S NOSE ANY DAY Quote Link to post

I personally would rather sacrifice a tiny bit of accuracy for total piece of mind that the equipment is going to be reliable and not give up the ghost because it gets wet or just for no apparent reason when your dog is in the ground.
