I have a rooster that was given to me, and am wondering what his breed or mix is? I was told he is probably an Americana/Araucana crossed to a heavy breed such as a brahma because he is very large, is knee high and about 13 pounds. Anyone have an opinion on him?

brahma crosses dont always have feathers on their legs neither do silkie or pekin crosses

even out of same clutch you can get huge variations,

are you gonna roast him? i wouldnt bother breeding him myself!

he could have cornish in him despite his colouring and shape, his head is middleing gamey
