there is a very famous ex-con lives up the road from me (they even made a film about him)he studied crimanology whilst inside(20 years) to degree level and he now helps the police solve crimes......he earns a fortune and if he had never been inside he wouldn't be in that position......that cant be right ?????

Thats fcking disgusting.

I know lads that work 6 days a week and struggle to provide for their children. Do they get sky tv?

 

We could fit alot more crims inside if we halfed the cell size and bricked up the windows.

There's no room in Scottish Prison's/ Barlinnie FULL/Saughton FULL/Carstairs State Hospital FULL ect ect, because there full of FOREIGNER'S

The softness of our prison system is one of the reasons a lot of forighn criminals come to this country as 4 years in our jails playing snooker and watching t.v is a doddle compaired to a turkish jail wich after 4 years you would come out a broken man so i have been told by an old turkish work mate.

MIDNIGHT EXPRESS,i think this was a true story of a guy in a turkish prison,if our prisons were of this standard,it would solve the over-crowding in one fowl swoop,you would have to be f*****g insane imo to end up in a prison like this,fair play to the guy,he escaped in the end,good film to watch if you havent all ready

Come on now, foreigners cannot get the blame for everything in the country.

Whe have more than our fare shere of scrotes here that would rather sit on benefits or in jail than do a decent days graft.

 

My proposals are:-

1 - Half jail cell sizes, doubling the capacity, and give them f~ck all inside.

2 - Make incapacity benefits MUCH harder to get, only if you are genuinely disabled.

3 - Increase minimum wage and decrease jobseekers allowance.

4 - Once the jobs have been filled, we wont need foreign labour.

I agree with you! but i have in the passed been doing pest control in some of the prison's i said and what sicken's me is that WE are paying for translater's because they dont speak our lingo, and the Translater i know charges £400 per hour and she is in Barlinnie 5 day's a week, 8 hour's a day, wish she was my wife and that's only one Translater.
