higgins 75
That's what i'd like, especially the way things are now, just don't want a dog too hard anymore, don't get me wrong i like the hard dogs but there are different times for different dogs now, also i used to like deep digs now i want them as shallow as possible unless a dog has to be tested to the max, Higgins Quote Link to post

jamie2004live 163
hard dogs are part and parcell of the working terrier certainly dont think there kept for the owner to feel and look hard . no of a few dogs that dispatch them with little stick taken, and stay until dug to enough said Quote Link to post

Hunter 20Ten 0
personally i wud rater a mixer to a barker r hard dog! wud rater get a dig than a bolt nyday bt saying that its nice to c da lurcher gt a chase even if the fox gets away! the ideal dog is 1 that will watch itself in a hole...1 that uses its head...n u can wrk regularly! my type of dog sud do more barking bt have the strenth to put a fox to a stop end..and mix well [bANNED TEXT] dug over nd broke into!...dnt like 2 c a dog that is bullyed by a fox in a hole..the dog needs to let a fox no that he/she is in charge! dnt like to c a dog that can be called outa the hole...i tink i shows dat da dog is not fully comited!
