hi mate you dont need them as long as you got permition on the land of the farmer then thats ok lots dont like to write it down

I normally head the letter with 'I'm gunna make you an offer you can't refuse!'

 

It works well.

 

 

 

PS

On a serious note, don't send letters. Go and see the landowner direct.
