Guest MOLLY
What kind of photos? You generally just get the ones of dogs sitting & us standing around waiting for the bolts whilst ferrets are entered, or the end of day shots? Quote Link to post

Guest Frank
Cracking pics Molly. Personally, i would not ferret rats, fear of desease ect. Prehaps im a coward. , But just being carefull. Frank. Quote Link to post
Neil 0
Im the same, the last time i ferreted rats, it was from under an old garage base, we sent in two jills and a hob just to flush them out to waiting terriers. They did the job well, but i jill failed to come out for over an hour. When she finally came out, she needed a trip to the vets to be stitched up, she took one hell of a kicking whilst under there. From now on, i tend to stick to the rabbits Quote Link to post
bullsmilk 2
sorry to hear that mate...from what ive herd its more a job for the hobs as they have size on there side.i realy fancy giving it a go i got 2 big hobs hear Quote Link to post
Simoman 110
I used to use ferrets for bolting rats and found it much more enjoyable unfortunately my friends terriers can't be trusted with ferrets and mine is a bit iffy after being attacked by a jill at 8 weeks(she has never forgotton) so nowdays we use a smoker but you can't beat ratting with ferrets Quote Link to post
