Not in every state in the US you cant Bullsmilk BSL similar to the DDA is enforced in some places.

May be a contriversual thing to say but i alway thought it would of been more sensible to bring compulsary

Licenceing and maybe some form of public liability insurance(similar to [bANNED TEXT] i have for my building firm) for certain breeds in before anything like the DDA was even conciderd (the DDA was basically a ill thought out knee jerk reaction) Its a sad day for free will when a government can dictate [bANNED TEXT] sort of dog you can own!

It may hit you in the pocket but who can put a price on owning the dog of your choice? plus it would put off a lot of the peddlers an twats the Bull Breeds attract.

Just my opinion (and bad spellings!)

BRINDLE.

My first after school job was walking a kennel of pits, they were all very people friendly and most were good with other dogs although I never let them run with strange dogs. I have been training manwork dogs(GSD's, rotties, malinois, collies, labs, bouviers, pointers etc etc) for years and 99.99% of these dogs could be handled by anybody. I worry about BSL as its the owners fault most of the time for choosing and keeping an unsuitable breed in the majority of bite cases.

I cannot imagine how the family of the baby are feeling
