lawrence 657 Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 bred a few litters of these many years ago,great little dogs, perfect for ferreting and daytime mooching, a straight half beddy/whippet for a litter of 5/8's might be the ticket over her, i'm in favour of just sticking to having 2 breeds in the mix. good luck whatever you decide. poacher3161 1,766 Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 I would breed a well bred saluki hybred to her i have in the past seen exseptional dogs bred out of this type of lurcher put to a good fast type of saluki cross.I believe thats how the merlin & eve started.
