Brimmer 220
Been deep snow on our ground since 16th of December, (Over a foot with no patches or breaks.)and it has not lifted for one day, and just increased week by week. Last trip out was on Sunday the 10th of December, had 3 weeks off work over xmas sat around cooked up waiting to get out, no joy at all, would have been out nearly every day if the conditions were ok. Had a couple of drives up to look during the hols and the rabbits are just sat around, chewing at any bits of twig and bark on any branches. Had a call of the old feller tonight, one of his mates had been out with his pups on nearby ground. Apparently looks like the cold is hitting them hard, they are all skin and bone now, and look like they are dying off. Cannot see us doing much more this year, and probably things are going to be pretty slim next year by the sounds of it. Shame. Quote Link to post

ellir0305 9
was struggling to get my pegs in bar the ones with bent round tent pegs, they went in fine. keep at them lads atb rob ps i'd kill for a foot of snow, we have 3-4" of it here not really that good for sledging. Quote Link to post
AL BUNDY 45
just lie the nets over the hole.just have to be quick of the mark when they bolt .only downside if one runs back in you might lose a net. Quote Link to post
