arcticgun 4,548
hi all whats a decent camera to have on you when out and about? and im not taking £100's something that takes a good snap and a good price I have just upgraded to a Fuji S1500 after my little compact gave up, only £127 from ASDA and Jessops, has a sports mode and continuous shooting modes, vast improvement on my last camera, 10 meg pixel, view finder as well as screen. x12 zoom as well. It has been a massive improvement on my previous camera, my pics are gradually improving as I learn the camera, HTH atvb Richard

ravenmoon 2
Have just got the new sony ericsson satio phone with 12.1Mp camera photo quality is excellent. Dont have any night time photos of the dogs yet but will post a sample asap. If your due a upgrade then this would be a good choice as its free on contract and insured against accidental loss or damage. Also look at samsungs pixon 12. Shoot 0
I'm still using my Canon IXUS, a really simple point and shoot digital camera, masses of memory, photos, movies playback... got it all I use it for work and play it's bombproof!
wuyang 513
Canon are good....., but Panasonic are doing some really good ones now, was looking at one the other day just over £100..nice camera...have a look at ARGOS on line, and don't be blinded by the amount of Mega Pixels, anything over 8 million should be well sufficient......Camera at top of thread sounds good.
