mally 832
I have an enclosed box in my dog shed measuring 3'6" x 3' x 2'6"high i have a 3' tube heater on the back wired up to a room thermostat set at 15c. The top of the box is insulated and it works a treat. I don't like heat lamps as they can indeed be a fire risk. The only time i use a heat lamp is when i have pups.
