7/8 greys

does any body have a 7/8 grey or have seen 1 work just want to know if there is too much greyhound in the mix or are they fine stamina etc was thinking of getting 1 but not 100 percent sure thanks

my 3/4 grey 1/4 saluki is ok but not the best out there for stamina but is very fast what is the 1/8 in the dog going to be? i wouldnd go any further than a 3/4 bred myself

the 1/8 is mostly collie but thers a wee touch of bull not very much

I know of one she gets fierce skin and feet/joint problems and not the best of stamina !

Id stay with a 3/4 myself but they would make a good breeding bitch !

I had a 7/8 greyhound 1/8 bull caught lots of hares and rabbits once catching 3 hares on the fen in 1 day also raced him 10 times on the flapps he never come 1st but was never lower than 4th + a few 2nds very good dog although do think 3/4 would be more sensibile.

ime lees old man the one he is on about i bred out of my own threequarter greyhound quarter bull and used a greyhound dog the whole litter were obviously very fast and surprisingly had a fair bit of stamina my own one i kept back .getting to 2 double handed finals on the fens also they would take all game post ban sounds great well up to a point they were heres the downfall they only had one gear flat out and were prone to vets bills also my own suffered with feet problems but didnt here of any of the other litter having the same problem with their feet anyone thinking of breeding or buying one i would say you will not buy a gamer dog or one with more prey drive as long as the right breeding is there also a by product is their kind on the eye but get them listening early because once their running theres no stopping them and my own pup was very well trained and a good bitch to listen .
