VALLEY HOUNDS 43 Posted January 1, 2010 Report Share Posted January 1, 2010 Was out this morning [well allday]with a local pack scent was a waste of time .Phoned a mate who was out with another pack same there ,they packed up early. william slater mcgregor 2 Posted January 3, 2010 Report Share Posted January 3, 2010 ive only been out a few times this season scent hasnt been good at all,if its a frosty morning and the sun is up, as the frost is coming out of the ground so does the scent making it harder for the hounds ,where if your hunting woods theres not always frost under the trees ,frozen snow or powdery snow is pretty shit for scent also,but theres one thing that no one will ever understand 100% and thats SCENT atb Quote Link to post
