davyt63 1,845
hi every one as some of you may have seen my thread in the "Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips" section. well i put it all together and took it out today for a practice run @ some reset targets i have, its a little shaky but not bad for a first attempt. i have the scope on mag 3 and was just adjusting the side parallex, for a clearer view as i say in the footage 30yds,35yds,39yds using AA FIELD DIABOLO .177 the adaptor needs a tweek as its a bit wobbly, but nothing a bit of PTTF tape wont sort out! but what a bit of fun it was, and the fun to come! so here goes and be gentle on your comments and another,on this clip i say its 25yds its not its 30yds my mistake! i hope you enjoyed me having fun regards davy Quote Link to post
stealthy1 3,964
Your first tests look promising Davy, a bit wobbly, but after tweaking it should be sound, can you use the night vision on the cam while its on the scope? Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Nice footage there Davy pal , What was interesting was that there was no hold over required from 25 yards out to 39 yards with the .177 calibre. Thats a really handy thing to have in the field. With my .22's there would of been a great difference in hold over ranging from .5 of a mil dot hold under to 2 mil dots hold over on x10 mag. I bet whacking them 40 yarders is really easy with no wind. I can see why the calibre is so popular. Si Edited December 31, 2009 by zini Quote Link to post
