adamthomas64 1
hi people, well last week i was speaking to one of the many farmers i deal with at work (i work in a pipe fitting and plumbers merchants)and asked if i could help out with any pest control, he told me that there is a syndicate on his land and a game keeper who deals with all the vermin and another chap who deals with all the pigeons he gave me their numbers and told me to give them a call, as soon as he said this i thought that i stood no chance, but i thought id ring anyway so i rang the chap who does the pigeons, he didnt answer so i left a message, 7 days later (today) he rang me back, he was a very nice man indeed, he said that there is 4 of them and they organise trips to the farm at weekends and spread out and control the pigeons he told me that i am more than welcome to come along, i couldnt believe it , he then said that would i like to try beating, there are two shoots left this season, if i like it it can become perminant, again i couldnt believe it beating is something that has never really appealed to me but ive heard people say how hard it is to get beating permission so i think i'll give it a try, but my question is what kit will i need? any advice would be much appreciated, and as a bonus the chap said he would mention to the keeper that im interested in fox control, but to be honest i dont hold much hope there, but i cant complain, it just goes to show all that from 1 phone call you just have to keep persisting, p.s the permission is 500 acres
tsteve9999 456
Bloody hell, you'll have most of Leicester to shoot in by the time you're finished! You've got to be at least part Irish to be blessed with that gift of the gab. Well done mate, keep at it, Tom.
