a lad came up to mine,sateing his dog hass been in the rock pile near me for 4 days and he thinks that the dog is dead, i said give me 5 and ill come up to lisen an see if i could help him, he said to me dont bother the dog is dead, thout id tek it upon my self to go up and have a lisen, went up to the pile to have a look , he not evern tryed to block the dog in , like hed told me he had, enyhow i lisend for a bout an hour, i was just abot to leave when i herd a whine, it wasent that deep in the pile, i starterd to shout the dog and again i could hear the dog whine ing, i tryed to ring the lad to say ive herd his dog, but no answer. rang his mate an told him i could hear his dog, his mate came up and gave me a hand to dig the dog out, as we was digging we was talking i told him that this lad had been to my house and he d been on this pile for 4 days waiting for his dog, to which his mate replyed he hasnt been waiting for his dog, he left the dog because he waws going on a night out on the beer, f*****g wanker i said , hear i am trying to get this blokes dog out and he carnt be botherd to wait for the dog , or evern try and lisen for the dog, i rang him again which this time he answerd i told him i herd his dog and i was digging down to it, he said after hed been to mac donnalds he might come up, i said you what called him a tosser and put the fone down, me and his mate spent all day digging his dog out, when i got the dog out his mate said ill take it back to him, i said no let him come to mine , as am going to give him some harsh words, i was waiting for him all night at my hose but he dident come, i rang him this morn, he answerd and said that i could have the dog that it was no good for him, i spoke my mind to him and told him what i thout of him and put the fone down on him, in my mind the dog did nowt wroung a rock had sliped down and blocked the dogs way out, ill find her a good home as i have no kennal space for her or i would have kept her, rember lads always look after your dogs, digbert

Over the years I have collected a few decent dogs that people were just going to shoot or leave for dead. With a bit of training, and proper handling, some of them became top dogs. Of course the previous owners are still useless.
