kristian 9
Just having a winge and to warn others about this seller. The seller name on ebay is shz6868 this is the item i bought http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290363029178&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fshop.ebay.co.uk%3A80%2F%3F_from%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dp4033.m38.l1313%26_nkw%3D290363029178%26_sacat%3DSee-All-Categories%26_fvi%3D1&_rdc=1 as you can see i bought this item on the 31st Oct and when i got it both batteries were knackered. He told me he'd sort out a battery for me if i sent one back to him so i sent 1 back costing me again in postage only for him to say he never recieved it now i'm absolutely tamping. He's been palming me off saying he's waiting for money to clear and that we agreeed for him to refund me £20 as i managed to get a second hand battery for £40 (this is cheap as they usually go for between £70 - £100)but this morning he's decided to tell me he's not refunding nothing!!!! Going to pay a visit (Brandlesholme Road, Bury, BL8 1DH)when i'm up there visiting a friend as i'm absolutely bouncing. This is probably only about the 2nd time i've been stitched on ebay but it don't half wind you up. Rant over thanks for listening lol

Alan108 0
I agree, report it to e-bay and you should get a refund.I've done it twice now and E-bay/PayPal have been really good about it. Alan
Alan108 0
I've just checked the item on e-bay and his DSR is very poor Item as described is only 4.5 Communication 4.1 Dispatch time 3.8! Postage 4.2 i thought that if a seller had less that 4.5 in any of his ratings then e-bay acted on it. Alan

Waz 4,266
Would have been to low % feedback for me. I could only trust someone with 100% or maybe 99% if the 1% negative was a long time back.
