Wxm 1,638
hi all just a up date i seen my daughter just after xmas and thought everything was going ok until i told her that in feb that at the start of march i was moving to the same village she's in ... so she started being funny again. and i havn't seen my daughter since the end of feb. so i went 2 my solicitor the next day and started and we arranged a date for court .... the fcukin wench sent a letter from her midwife to my solicitor the day before court saying that my ex did'nt feel up to going to court and to put it off for a few months. not being funny but i have every right to see my daughter ... aswell as my daughter has every right to see me and her brother. anyway he sent me to cafcas to talk with them about building bonds with my daughter again so 2 weeks a go i had a letter for time and date. my ex had the same letter and the same happened again .. she got her auntie to phone cafcas to tell them her new baby wern't well and she could'nt make it. so on friday i had a phone call off cafcas to arrange to see my daughter today ... im just trying to hold down the excitement incase she pulls another excuse. but i really cant wait its been over 6 months and hope she's as excited as i am
Leewx 2
Best off luck mate!! I'm sure see is every bit as excited as you are! In years to come when she is older and starts to ask questions i'm pretty sure she will see what a bag her mother is being! I went out with a girl from Manchester a few years ago who had originally come from London with her mother to "get away" from her dad. A very similar story to yours in fact, but when it all came out in the wash and she could see what a c&*t her mother had been towards her dad, she moved straight back to London to be with him. Chin up though mate i know it cant be easy but keep your side of the street clean and it will all come good!! Best of luck Lee

scent 509
bin there done that.My ex tried to stop me seeing my son 5 years ago.I brought her to court and won access and guardianship .I now have him 7 days a week and as im writing this he is doin his homework in the kitchen .Courts will always favour the mother you just have to get at them and be strong .It did cost a lot but no amount of money can be put on a relationship with your kids ,fcuk it id kill for my kids as would every other dad.I really hope you get to see your daughter this time pal but its all wrong you should be able to see her the whole time .ATB Brian

clint 45
Children are tuff little people, they alway see who right & wrong eventually, is an instinct thing.Sometime this backfire on mother atlater date! Let as friend said ride the journey,& know you are better. Never refuse child to accept a day out for fun, never do anything in anger in front of child or in public . Things will be good. Is shame so many child suffer like this & with benefit & bonuses lost from father side of family. It be easier for child to have more extend family for look after child, & all the benefit that come with , like more Christmas & brithday gift also.Is much more fun, than 2 people fight I know all will work out, keep smile & do best for childs always. Wild Whippies 11
Stick with it. Regardless of whatever tales your ex is telling her, she will, with age, make up her own mind about you. If you give up she's left to think everything she's been told is true. I've been a step mother to 2 lads and I can't stress enough that the truth will out if either parent is manipulating their child.
