Yes, of course. In fact you can tell if there are rabbits home by using the snow. If you haven't got a dog with you it help. Iv also heard rabbits bolt better in snow but im not sure if this is 100% accurate.

You can tell if rabbits are about easier but as me an londog13 found out today, they don't seem to bolt well where we're from.
