Now I can't abide them and I have never liked the fella anyway , but as someone said about gay folk, "it's their choice", but I disagree, if you're born that way so be it

 

Has he done the right thing by going public? I'm not sure really, but if I was gay I wouldn't care who knew it.

 

Is his career in top flight rugby finished? What about his wife and family?

 

Discuss this folks and try not to slag each other off on this thread if that is at all possible please.

If he is gay hes gay, I don't agree with it personally but if it's who he is then he can't help it. And I think he was a bit out of order to his wife for not telling her in the 1st place! and i'm sure I read somewhere about him getting divorced.

I’ve met him a few times and he has always been a top bloke. But has always denied it when people asked if he was gay and he would confront anyone who took the piss.

I think the media should leave him alone its going to be hard for him and his family. atb bedrock

I think the last few years have difficult for for sure, I think the next few months will be his toughest challenge especially within the rugby world.

 

Yes, he is the first Welsh rugby player to tell the public, but anybody who thinks this is an isolated person, they may be in for a shock. Homosexuality has been in rugby for as long as I can remember, it has just never been given the light of day
