Downunder_Sthn_Ferreter 16
anyone know where i can find some plans for a ferret box, or can anyone tell me the ideal size for a box for 2 ferrets, should i divide it down the middle into 2 compartmants or will it be ok as 1 ?? regards Ian Here's some info & pics regarding a ferret box. The use of 3mm ply for the bowed back section is popular. The box picured below would easily hold 4 Ferrets & although the twin lids make it easier to contain them. A single lid is another option. Double Ferret Bow Backed Carry Box This medium double ferret box is manufactured from 12mm ply with all joints glued and nailed for extra rigidity not only does this give the box strength but also allows the box to be light enough to be carried with ease. Approx dimensions externally W: 15 inch D: 9 inch H: 7.5 inch Here's a standard box made by a guy on this forum Should be able to work one out from this hopefully. Lol having said all that.. I opted for a klik of my mouse and got one off Ebay.. Postal strike here for a few days has seen a delay in it arriving Cheers, Shaun Quote Link to post
