Superior rifles and for the cost of the two you mention, you could probably get a full rig (rifle/scope/silencer etc) and still have change for a pint of beer/bag of chips. Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Hi Hunter08 , Sorry mate that i have to disagree with Southern pal. I own a BSA R10 mark 2 and a brand new Weihrauch HW100KT both in .22 calibre. Even though the HW100KT is a absolute fabulous rifle, one of the better rifles ive ever used i still find my BSA R10 much better for me . If i am going out for a shoot the R10 is always my first choice, unless im out lamping from a car, where the HW100KT is smaller and easier to move around in small spaces. The regulator is great on the R10 and the accuracy is just as good as the HW100KT. I cant say which rifle is the most accurate as i cant shoot any of the rifles as accurate as the rifles can shoot so they cant be tested properly . What i can say though is that each rifle will shoot small drawing pins every time once zeroed correctly at 30 metres without really having to try . Regarding the AA S510 i also know someone on here that has one and shoots it with me. Its another great rifle and just as accurate as the other 2 mentioned above. The gun is yet again more accurate than the shooter. Well worth a look at friend . With the standard of the rifles and barrels that are made these days you don’t have to pay a £1000 for a top quality rifle. Think what you need the rifle to do, ie multi shot, single shot, target shooting, hunting ect and then ask experienced lads and lasses on here for options to look at like you are doing mate. Any of the experienced regs on here will tell you that a new PCP either a (BSA, Datstate, Weihrauch, Air Arms, Falcon, Ripley, Brocock) or any of the other brands will shoot and put the pellet where you aim as long as you zero it properly and can shoot well. Best of luck with your choice mate and Merry Christmas Zini. Quote Link to post

SouthernHunter 4
Zini-I would love to try the r10 in the field-I have shot one and like most modern BSA pcp's, the finish and quality is excellent. Is the mag system better than on the Super 10 models? Merry Christmas, Graham Quote Link to post

Crikes. What chance do we stand if Zini admits he can't shoot accurately enough? Tell that to the corvids that were sitting over 40 yds away, that aren't any more!! Have a good Christmas lads, Cheers Sib Quote Link to post
