strixaluco 0
Feral Cat Hunting Wisconsin recently passes a new law, removing protection from stray cats and allowing hunters to shoot them just like they would any other game-animal. People are thrilled.

Guest Ditch_Shitter
None, basicly, mate. The 'domestic' cats sacrosanction is second only to that of he whose name we dare not utter
IanB 0
One of the neighbours cats has just killed a blackbird in the garden...this time at night too....little cretin...
Rainmaker 7
Cats? Sacrosanct? Since when? LOL Last I heard DS they had no standing in law whatsoever. You can run the buggers over and not have to inform anyone, no legal penalty. So I don't see why you couldn't shoot them? After all, The Wildlife & Countryside Act amongst others prohibits allowing cats et al. to roam, so the owners are committing an offence by letting them out in the first place. A dead cat is a cat in the right place Don't get me wrong I quite like cats in a way, I've had them before and would probably own one again. I wouldn't ever let one roam though. Who in their right mind buys a pet, then chucks it out for twelve hours to dodge (hopefully dodge!) cars, kill wildlife, and shit all over everyone else's property? And they say us hunters are bar stewards :11:
steve109 43
thats right.. poeple near us buy these little bundells of fluff and 6months later there roaming 24/7....shitting all over your lawn......
Guest Ditch_Shitter
I know it at first seems like a bit of a dichotomy ~ Run one over and keep going, yet 'npt allowed to kill one'. Devil's in the detail though: An RTA is just that. An accident. It's when ye get " Willful " in ye action they throw the book at ye. Again; It's illegal to release a captive, non indigeounous amimal into the enviroment. Since when has Felix domesticus been a native of these shores? No more than the Yellow Bellied Toad! But the screamers won the day - got legal excemption for their chosen form of harboured vermin. Go after someone's cat because it shits on your flower bed and you could end up in deeper shit. Well ...... That's the Law, anyway. The Rule, I've always felt, is " SSS "
targa 5
A good terrier pick's em from that garage roof, mine did! :11: from the first day I lived in this neighborhood, they killed cat's. the place was runnin over with them. now its back to normal, but when they come in season again next month, they gonna wake me up with their baby cry, and then its war again. Guest Frank
I cull feral cats on a regular basis over here. Nothing but a pest, worse then the fox at times. Frank.
nelson 0
Death to the lot of 'em,i liked it in one of Plummers book's where he talked of folk eating them alive plenty good enough for 'em. They do have their uses in such places as stables and the like but a good dead cat never hurt anyone
