I would say about 20" and some are a touch bigger, not sure of the exact size they breed to, they need to have more leg because of the fell land they hunt. pointer 543 Posted December 29, 2009 Report Share Posted December 29, 2009 they are big for beagles but thats what the master likes.i did see a pack of beagles from yorkshire this season and they are alot smaller and all looked alike and they hunt similar land.it really is a case of each masters preference.
