This is still happening people in Scotland must realize that they (SSPCA) have been given statutary powers under the Animal Welfare Act (Scotland) 2006 and they are abusing them at every opportunity you must get legal fees insurance most decent lawers wont do legal aid

and I have been told it costs about £15,000 to take them to court to get a dog back. Any one thats had or has problems pm me and I will pass it on to the team that are trying to combat this.

hi andri am up in 2months for same charge trying 2 do me with not vetinary treatment a lad called wanker mark rafferty he,s trying too do me with everything even took countrymans weeklys and earth dog running dogmags for evidence it shows how much these wankers know and even took my girlfreind nickers the fat peado b*****d and tryd doing my brothers dog with a ear infection which it never had as i had my vet to do check for my lawyer these charity case tits dont have clue all the best for your mate....cheers sub.... keep up the digging lads all the best for 2010....
