My digging partner had one of his terriers confiscated around 4 months ago ,the dog was marked after some legal work but a nosey neighbour phoned the charity and one morning they arrived at his door with the scum and took all his digging gear terrier books etc He was not allowed access to the dog until after the court case.Last week his citation came through with a charge of failure to provide vetinary treatment for the dog,this was after the charity vet who inspected the dog admitting that the treatment he was giving it was good.Anyway now to get the dog back he has to pay them 8 pound per day kennel fees or sign the dog over,what a shower of shite ,there was nothing the matter with the dog and he never asked them to keep it for 4months . what do you lot think of that one. andri

i have had exspeirence of them first hand and took pictures of what they did at a farm i once had things to do with

they heard what i had done and what i was going to do and they shat them selfs and said we would hear nothing more if i let it lie somtimes think i should of shopped them as what they did was very un humane

as you have been found not guilty surely they should hand the dog back no question couldnt costs be awarded against them

it,s a fooking disgrace is,nt it...gonna cost quite a bit ...i,ve nothing but utter contempt for these people..as someone,s already said if he ,s gotten a not guilty then cant he persue them for costs???hope your pal gets it sorted one way or another..atb..darrell.
