brother 10
carpet mills put muscle on slat mills improve stamina, dogs must still be walked 10 minutes first to make sure they are empty, otherwise the shit hits the fan so to speak, and the dog still needs a 10-15 min walk after as a wind down Quote Link to post

sandymere 8,263
Get your trainers on, and in this weather running tights, get running then after a mile of road you can go cross country with the dog running free it will double the milage, get a little galloping in and gain valuable experience of fences etc, finish with a mile back on the road. It will build the cardiovasculer system to support the hard work to come for both of you. Quote Link to post
