Great White Hunter 78
Mate had to put his old Lab down few days ago but wants a dog to pick up ducks and mabe flush a few birds from cover . he has got the idea that a Lab x springer would be perfect . Any body use these crosses and how much would you expect to pay for a young adult ready for training . good hunting Quote Link to post
kiwi 4
why use a cross? why not a springer or cocker or lab? is the price of his future gundog an issue Quote Link to post
Great White Hunter 78
KIWI I did not say that cost was an issue he just wanted a dog to pick up a few shot ducks etc and be able to hunt up as well . his last Lab was a brillant water dog but was a bit slow on the hunting side of his game . I only wanted to know if anybody used this cross and if so how they worked Quote Link to post
