JackWard 0
I know ive posted about this before but im getting annoyed with myself and the snares. After using them before they came as brand new snares, but now are bent and tangled, looking impossible to renew. Ive tried everything but cannot get them to there original state, and want to get them out in the current weather we are receiving. Any advice would be appreciated on how to go about doing this. And i have read the gswaters post on it, but cannot seem to do it right. Kind regards JackW Quote Link to post

salukiwhippet 6
Jack, Maybe I've missed it, but where were the snares from? The green hairy twine jobbies from gunshops etc are so loosely wound that they are very difficult to get back into any sort of shape. James Quote Link to post

kev1986 0
attach one end of the snare to a fence or something and hold the other end tight and rub a stick up and down the full snare and it goes really staright and smooth then thread back through eye and re tension the snare ready for next time i do this after all my outings and leave the like this hung uo in shed Quote Link to post
