Tried a few dens at the back of a local landfill, it was clear that there had been activity but unlucky nothing at home. Eventually we came across a den which had residence, the only downfall was it was in an old railway embankment and the reading on the B&F had settled at 5.4. Forutnately for us it was an inexperienced bitch that had entered and she submerged after an hour. You can see from the photo where the fox has shook itself. We have a lot of ground to cover and hope to get out frequently over the next few weeks. The area we covered today is on landfill and would have been a very hard dig so we were grateful when the dog submerged after an hour. atb andri Quote Link to post
