wuzzy 0
i think the mildot reticule would be the better choice for someone to learn about hold over and under and the effects of wind Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
I'd agree with Wuzzy on that, Having said that I'm still using the Kassnar scope on the S200 with a 30/30 ret. I want to put my mildot on it from the springer, but the mounts for that are low one-piece job and I wouldnt be able to get my pellets into the breach du to my big fingers! But, what I really really want is an SR6 or 12 ret. Very sweet. Till you get the price then it turns sour! Phantom Quote Link to post
SEAN3513 7
sorry guys i disagree on this one my therory is learn with a 30/30 and perfect with a mil dot. if you can shoot with a 30/30 you can shoot with a mil dot, but not the other way round. just my hunble opinion. cheers sean Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Theres allways one aint there However, Sean does indeed make sense (yeah I know 1st time for everything ) Nice to see you back posting in the AG section my good fellow Seems all this modding is preventing you from giving us all stick Catch ya later Sean Phantom Quote Link to post
farmboy99 1
i learnt on a tasco silver antler if i remember right i find even when i use a mildot i dont take notice of the dots unless i really think about it. its just drilled into me how high or low i should go from being a nipper so i think i may agree with sean it'd end up being beneficial to use a 'normal' recticle Quote Link to post
donnyman 6
thanks all see how it goes Quote Link to post
