North Country Boy 0 Posted December 19, 2009 Report Share Posted December 19, 2009 I know its been talked about before on here but i was out today in my hunter sovereigns and after the 1st 2 drives my toes were numb, spoke to a mate of mine who has the same pair and he said he wouldnt wear his in weather so cold so im looking for a good hunting boot (not welly type) semi high leg that will last me years, i dont want to be replacing them every season, ive heard that chameaus mouflon plus are not their weight in beans, what about Meindl or similar boots? Go to the for sale dection, i am sure i saw a post where IanB is selling new meindl boots at great price(only certain sizes), you wont get any cheaper than his offer. Hope this helps. If you change your mind and want some new wellies 54 quid will buy you some Muck boots. Your toes will not be cold in those. Wet with sweat maybe.
