y444tes 0
i use a stick with a V shape at the top some time if it's wet on the ground and makes it a bit more steady to aim Quote Link to post
masmiffy 82
Seem to remember somone posting a thread on here about a home made version. For sure a stick is helpful but something else to carry. Cut yourself a good V topped stick from a hedge and see how you get on before lashing out cash. Mind a long bipod prob better. Lee85 44
i've got one I made mysekf that I use to zero. I took the net outta my landing net, and shoved a suitably shaped stick in the hole - job done, and it folds into itself. bargin Quote Link to post
air gunner 0
A farmer i shoot with uses two lengths of thick bamboo and puts an old roadie push bike inner tube at the top it works quite well but i still prefer free hand its so much quicker and very effective if you have a steady hand. michael flatters 2
I made one out of two sticks and some rubber tube for standing shots, took it out for a days shooting, but i got fed up of carrying it and threw it in the hedge halfway through the day. Quote Link to post
