hi mate, i dont have a kerry blue but i was going to get one however, i couldnt find a breeder. the kerry blue are meant to be great workers for hunting badger, fox, rats and mice. but i have been told they can go for cats and many other animals. they are ready to take on any opponents - a necessary attribute when hunting and killing vermin but not so good for a family pet! Some terriers are yappy and are known to nip boisterous children. They can also be quite independent and difficult to train.

They are no good on badger. They are no good on fox. They are mediocre on cats.Any dog will kill rats and MICE.They will only take on opponents if they are much smaller than them. And they will bite children. And if i had one that got lost I would throw a party and move house in case he found me
