Georgesco fox caller

Recommended Posts

Hello Group

Does anyone have any idea where I can buy a Georgescu fox caller. It looks like two razor blades welded together with a hole on one side. They are normally gold plated so you can't taste the metal as they sit in your mouth and you blow through it. They are made in Australia where Georgescu is based.

I had one years ago and it was excellent in bringing the fox close enough for a shot. I have tried to find one for a couple of years and even at the Scone Palace Game fair I couldn't find any of the stalls who had them.

Any help on finding one gratefully received.

Many Thanks.

Duncan

Hi there, have got one of those calls, very good, have pulled in a lot of foxes with it, great on a quiet night, I got mine from the sporting shooter magazine, don't know if i still have the article, will have a look and get the number if still have the magazine, either that or try contacting the magazine to see if they still have a contact number. Will have a look for you.

Nick G. Pioneering White shark fisherman and professional kangaroo and fox shooter is unfortunately no longer with us so his call is difficult find. Do a search on the net you might be in luck. Worth getting sent as is a great caller. Good luck
