Bushing / rabbiting

Hi all,

 

Just wondering what breed of terrier any one prefers for bushing and hunting up rabbits. I currently use two jack russels (the small ones with bent legs), think they were only bred as pets, but the hunting instinct is still quite strong.

 

Any comments and pics welcome.

u can use any small dog terrier or russels for rabbitin

I go out with some cracking little bushing terriers.

Pushed out everything from rabbit to roe.

my own jack bitch is mi best 4 bushing n markin i dont have t tell her were t go just not were t go,but my pat/lakei is betta 4 diging,but like rat man says ya can youse any little terrier as long as it does the job you want it t do nd to a high standard.

use a russell type smothing you can see in the cover less chance of it getting shot

spaniel's are ok but they dont give voice in the cover terrier all the way for me
