jimmys shop 182
Had one 15 year ago ,good hard dog ,knew how to handle the game and put them into the stop end ,unfortunatley he took that much stick that i give him up to an older guy at the time who only dug half a dozen times a year ,a first class cross i believe ,but not for the faint hearted . Seen a beautiful pup this way bred during the week .Hope they work out for the Top Class Lads that took time out to breed this litter . Quote Link to post
hatcher 4
Seen A couple of young Lakeland x Wheatens a few weeks ago and was very impressed by the look of them.Sire and Dam are small specimens of the breeds. These were spannable, strong headed and ofcourse rough coated.Have started really well this season. dannys lad 0
how is a small patterdale bitch going to give birth to large wheaton cross pups ? should not the bitch be a wheaton and the sire a patt ? i dont know a right lot about dog breeding but i would of thought that you would have to pup the wheaton dog over the bitch to keep the size down because the bitch has the stronger genes think i read some where its about 60% but i maby wrong Quote Link to post
