jpt 285
My mate has got a terrier and its tail is way to long! The dog is about a year and a half old and I was just wondering if you can still have their tails docked at this age? I know they are usually when they are little pups about two/three weeks old (I think)! JPT Quote Link to post

Guest MOLLY
A vet will only dock an adult dogs tail with good reason...ie badly injured. Docking is usually carried outat about 2-3 days old, but this should also be done by a qualifed person by law. MOLL. Quote Link to post
